Maritime cremation tumulus marking Beşik Bay anchorage near Troy. , 6 m high, cremation cemetery 40×30 m. Excavations since the mid-20th c. expose cremation tumulus with pithos burials, stone cist, maritime terrace architecture with diagnostic ceramics, lithics and administrative finds. Archaeobotany and radiocarbon anchor the sequence, informing regional Troad Early Bronze networks across the Çanakkale Province.

Threats include coastal erosion, tourism pressure, excavation backfill; research continues on Troad Early Bronze chronology.
