Rojdi — Sorath Harappan farming village (2500–1700 BCE) 15 km SE Gondal, interior Saurashtra, excavated 1982–86 by G.L. Possehl and B. Raval (Penn–Gujarat State Dept). Three-phase Sorath Harappan: Rojdi A (2500–2200) Early Harappan; Rojdi B (2200–1900) Mature with fortified? Rojdi C (1900–1700) Late Harappan decline with microliths. Large rectilinear mudbrick houses, grinding stones, millet and wheat, cattle, and 100+ burials document Saurashtra interior Harappan agrarian trajectory separate from Indus core.
