About Tell Qannas
Terrace city 10 km east of Meskene on the Euphrates Hadidi bend, excavated by Tefnin (Belgian) in the Tabqa rescue. EB II–III wall with bastions, dense houses, MBA Amorite glacis. Now submerged under Lake Assad with Tell Hadidi and Bazi.
